Feb 2021– today: French teaching online for Liber Languages in Brazil 

• Teaching adults, English and Spanish speakers 

April 2010-Aug 2018: Administrative expert and pCRF Coordinator Assistant, Novartis Oncology, Basel 

• Coordination of yearly meetings for entire team within the company and offsite. 

• Liaising European designers and external providers for pCRF activities. 

• Budget supervision and submission . 

• Time coordination for over 150 associates. 

• Various administrative tasks: travels, room booking, survey creation… 

• Acts as a primary point of contact for visitors from all sites 

July 2007-Aug 2009: Administrator / marketing support, HomeCall Opticalcare, Eye Care sector, Dublin, Ireland 

• Designing marketing material and attending conferences with senior management to promote Eye Care nationwide. 

• Setting up a system for the company’s accounts and solving claims with a monthly deadline. 

• Organizing deliveries and scheduling appointments for the opticians. 

• Answering incoming calls and dealing with patients queries on ocular health. 

• Administrative tasks: organizing patients’ records, writing detailed reports on a daily basis.

To improve my Spanish, I worked in this touristic store/gallery which was promoting local artists.
